Website purpose and acceptance
These terms apply to your use of endpointengineers.com, operated under the Endpoint Engineers name. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Questions may be sent to hello@endpointengineers.com.
Information is not an engagement
Website articles, service descriptions, checklists, and examples are general information, not a complete assessment of your environment or a guarantee that a technique is appropriate for your organization. Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a consulting engagement, confidentiality agreement, or service-level commitment. Services begin only under a separately agreed written engagement.
Engineering decisions and safe use
You are responsible for evaluating technical guidance, maintaining appropriate backups, securing approvals, validating permissions, and testing changes in an appropriate pilot before production deployment. Microsoft products, licensing, interfaces, and supported configurations change. Consult current vendor documentation and your own security and compliance requirements before acting. Do not send credentials or sensitive tenant data through the public contact form.
Service scope, pricing, and outcomes
Published service descriptions and starting prices are indicative, not binding offers. Scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, and responsibilities are determined in a separate written agreement. No particular security, compliance, performance, cost, or business outcome is guaranteed by this website. Where a signed service agreement applies, it governs that engagement.
Intellectual property and third-party names
Original website content and branding are owned by Endpoint Engineers or used with permission. You may link to the site and use its guidance internally; you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions commercially without permission. Third-party images, video, software, and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Microsoft, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra, and Configuration Manager are referenced to describe our services; their use does not imply Microsoft endorsement or affiliation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website availability, introduce malicious code, submit spam or unlawful material, impersonate another person, or misuse the contact form. Automated access must respect applicable law, access controls, and published crawl instructions and must not impair service for others. We may limit access to prevent misuse.

Links to Microsoft documentation, Calendly, and other external services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue website content or features. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To that extent, Endpoint Engineers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from reliance on the website.
