Who we are and how to contact us
Endpoint Engineers provides endpoint engineering consulting, assessments, migration planning, automation, and related advisory services. This notice covers endpointengineers.com and inquiries made through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@endpointengineers.com.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, work email, company, job title, message, and any optional phone number, endpoint count, management platforms, timeframe, or referral information you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, confidential tenant exports, health information, or other sensitive personal data through this form. Scheduling through Calendly may involve additional information collected by Calendly.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, evaluate potential engagements, arrange meetings, and maintain business communications. We also use limited operational information to protect the website and prevent abuse. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to marketing emails. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your requested pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosure
The website is hosted on Replit. Contact inquiries are sent through Resend to our business mailbox; scheduling links open Calendly. Hosting, email, and scheduling providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Fonts and some stock media are loaded from third-party servers, which may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and website security.
Cookies, logs, and external media
This website does not currently implement advertising trackers or a marketing analytics platform. Hosting infrastructure and external providers may use operational logs or technologies needed to deliver and secure their services. The contact endpoint uses short-lived, hashed email-address counters to limit abuse; inquiry contents are not written to application request logs. Third-party pages you visit, including Calendly, have their own cookie practices.
Retention and security
Inquiries are delivered to our business email system rather than saved in a separate website inquiry database. We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Service providers may retain delivery and infrastructure records under their policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry by emailing hello@endpointengineers.com. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Rights are subject to applicable law, identity verification, and lawful retention requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; this site is intended for business users.
International processing and updates
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and rights depend on the provider and relevant law. We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services or practices; the effective date below identifies this version. Engagement-specific confidentiality and data-processing obligations are addressed in the relevant written agreement.
