Assessment FAQ
What access do you need?
We require temporary, read-only administrative access to your endpoint management consoles (e.g., Intune, Entra ID, ConfigMgr) during the assessment window. We do not require broad global admin rights or access to user data.
Will this disrupt our users or IT team?
No. The assessment is non-invasive. We review configurations and interview a small number of key stakeholders. Operations continue normally.
Do you fix the problems you find during the assessment?
The assessment phase is strictly diagnostic. We deliver a prioritized backlog and a decision record. If you need us to implement the fixes, that becomes a subsequent engineering engagement.
Is our configuration data kept confidential?
Absolutely. We operate under strict NDA. All exported configuration data and reports are securely destroyed 30 days after the final readout unless an ongoing engineering engagement requires them.
Does the size of our endpoint estate change the price?
The $4,500 starting price covers environments up to approximately 2,500 endpoints with a single primary management platform. Larger or highly complex multi-tenant environments require custom scoping.
Can our internal team implement the recommendations?
Yes. That is the goal. The artifacts we deliver are designed to be legible and actionable by your internal infrastructure and service desk teams.
